At Invictus Capital, we focus intently on mid to late-stage opportunities within disruptive consumer technologies around the world seeking Alpha.

We invest in areas of core competency, where historically we have been able to drive considerable outsized returns. 

Companies that we typically evaluate, must fall within our guidelines: 

• Global reach and an ability to scale.

• A view to liquidity; 1 to 5 years exit.

• Significant revenues, and continuing to experience very rapid growth.

We do not implore the ideology of bounding and restricting the free-flow of capital, and therefore the allocations we choose usually operate a medium term vehicle with a holding period of up 5 years dependant the status-quo within the companies themselves.

Our principles on the selection process is also governed by the prospect of simple and liquid exit strategies providing comfortability within transitioning periods.
